Infant Policy
For bookings consisting of 1 Adult, 1 Child, and 1 Infant, the Infant is not eligible for complimentary admission and will be charged at the applicable Infant rate for all tour programmes.
Solo Traveler Notice
For guests travelling alone (one person per booking), please be aware that departure times may be adjusted. As this is a shared tour experience, if there are no other participants booked for your chosen time slot, we may offer an alternative departure time to ensure the best possible experience.
Our team will notify you in advance should any schedule adjustments be required.
Transfer Surcharge
Please note that a mandatory THB 500 round-trip transfer surcharge per private vehicle applies for guests staying at the following resorts and locations:
The surcharge applies per vehicle and includes return transfers to and from the sanctuary.
Free round-trip shared transfers are included for bookings of 2 or more guests.
If you are travelling alone, please contact our team directly to check transfer availability or book a private transfer for an additional fee.
