A wonderful experience at this elephant conversation centre. You can tell the elephants are so loved and taken care of. I highly recommend this tour. The groups are a lot smaller and intimate which is a nice change from the over crowded tours that we have been on. Our tour guide Hans was excellent. The kids and I learnt so much about their elephants. It was really great to see the elephants wondering around freely ❤️

Such an amazing experience with the elephants. We fed 7 elephants and then walked an elephant down to the water where she bathed. They use ethical practices and we learned so much about these beautiful animals. Our guide was highly knowledgeable & respectful. We had a large group including 3 children and they catered well for all of us. The visit included delicious morning tea. I highly recommend a visit.

Honestly such a beautiful experience, we loved every minute of this experience. The people working here are so lovingly looking after these beautiful elephants and the hospitality of the staff is so kind. The coconut pancakes and hot and cold drinks are so tasty!

Spent the morning at Khaolak Elephant Conservation. What an experience, where do I begin. Arrived to find a really nice environment for the elephants and visitors. On arrival we were provided with information about the elephants in Thailand and beyond. We then proceeded to make food for the elephants to where we fed the elephants the food ball, bananas and sugar cane. We then took the elephants for a walk and watched them play in the mud with some interaction. Then off to the wash area to clean them up. Following that we made banana pancakes and other interesting things including an inhaler and tie die. All of the staff were so nice and friendly and you could see how much they really cared about the elephants and looking after visitors. We had Hans looking after us who was one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Would highly recommend this experience for anyone of all ages looking for a wonderful experience with the elephants.

The customer service was amazing a special thanks to Pan for helping with our tour. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have multiple different programs to pick from. Pricing was great The sanctuary is beautiful and very big giving the elephants a great amount of space to move around freely. This sanctuary is very ethical and takes great care of their elephants I highly recommend anyone to come and experience a day in an elephants life here in KHAO LAK ELEPHANT CONSERVATION

We had a fantastic experience at Khaolak Elephant Conservation – the kids absolutely loved every part of it! The tour started with preparing food for the elephants, followed by hand-feeding them, which was such a special moment. Then came the highlight – an elephant shower where we got to hose down Grandma Elephant. Afterwards, we walked with her down to the river and watched as she happily splashed and played in the water. As part of the experience, we also made Thai coconut pancakes (a big hit with everyone!) and enjoyed fresh fruit and cold water. The kids especially loved the inhaler-making activity, which was a fun surprise. The conservation is quite new, so all the facilities are modern and spotless – clean toilets, showers, and lockers are provided, which made the visit even more comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful day and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering an elephant experience in Thailand.

The place is clean and the staffs are kind, and they are kind for elephant also. It’s wonderful experience for me having time with elephants. And the coconut pie I made in there is so tasty. And the staff named Pan is great for us. Thank you for making good time for us.

It was an overwhelming experience for us. The way the keepers interacted with their elephants was so emotional and passionate. I felt a warm and calming energy when I approached the elephants. What a beautiful place! The elephants here are so happy and well-cared for. The staff's love for these gentle giants shines through in everything they do. A truly special 🐘🤍 Highly recommend!
